Pulled vacuum on system to remove old coolant. Pushed 3 gallons of new coolant through cooling system. Add conditioner and sealant to system. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Test drive and verify proper operation of cooling system.

  • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel and adjust steering angle as needed.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • Water pump is leaking. Bearing is also worn causing a knocking noise.

  • self diag stored p0302 cylinder #2 misfire. swapped coil and no change. removed #2 spark plug and was oil fouled. bore scoped engine and is full of oil. compression test only showing 40 psi. recommend new engine.(should be under power train warranty from dealer).

  • Noise originates from the rear differential, mainly the pinion area. Recommend disassemble and inspect.
  • Remove both rear wheels and brake calipers. Remove the front cover and disconnect the driveshaft. Remove both axles, carrier and pinion yoke. Replace all bearing and races. Replace the gears integral to the carrier. Reassemble, test drive and inspect repair.
  • Remove front wheels and brake calipers. Disconnect fasteners and remove the spindle. Replace the lower ball joints and reassemble. Test drive and inspect the repair.
  • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels.   • Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders if applicable. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean. Test drove to verify proper brake operation.
  • removed front wheels and calipers from mounting bracket and found brake pads were installed backwards causing caliper to bind on pads. removed both sides and cleaned new pad surface, lubed all hardware, installed pads correctly and replaced damaged rotors(had severe hot spots and inside was worn metal to metal on slotted rotors. test drove after repair and all ok.

  • Accessed air box. Removed and replaced engine air filter. Cleaned excess debris form air box. Secured air box. Accessed cabin filter and removed. Sprayed BG Frigifresh on new filter and installed new cabin filter.
  • Disconnect electrical harness and remove fasteners. Replace the actuator and reassemble. Test operation and verify repair.
  • Remove engine covers and air intake tubing. Disconnect electrical harness and vacuum lines. Remove fasteners and intake manifold. Remove ignition coils and replace the spark plugs. Reassemble, test drive and inspect the repair.
  • Replace the liftgate struts and test operation.
  • Scanned for codes in the HVAC module and found B11E5 present (left dampener motor short to ground or open circuit). Disconnected the plug for the actuator and installed a jumper from the reference voltage to the door position signal return. There now is a short to voltage code in the module. This verifies the wiring is intact and the open circuit lies internal to the blend door motor.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
