  • Removed door panel and tested circuit. Verified voltage and ground present to motor. Attempted to move mirror with auxiliary power and the is no operation. Recommend replacement of the drivers side mirror. Now is a good time to replace the broken door panel and trim piece.
  • Install oil system cleaner. Road test vehicle. Change oil and filter. Add Wynn's conditioner to oil system. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid. Lubricate latches and hinges.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • Remove the driveshaft and set aside. Measure preload and remove the yoke. Replace the seal and clean surfaces. Reassemble, test drive and inspect for leaks.
  • Remove the ignition cables and spark plugs. Swap over the heat shields, install plugs and wires. Test drive and inspect the service performed.

  • self diag stored P0128 thermostat ECT. monitored ECT sensor with scan tool and data was normal. recommend starting with new therostat.
  • removed top engine cover and found broken purge valve was glued elsewhere. removed thermostat inlet housing and cleaned, replaced with factory thermostat and topped coolant. cleared codes and test drove with no codes reset and data normal.
  • Road test vehicle. Change oil and oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.

  • self diag stored P0678 cylinder #8 glow plug circuit. tested power to #8 glow plug and was present. tested resistance on #8 glow plug and was 121.1 ohms. faulty glow plug. recommend #8 glow plug or all 4 on bank 2.
  • removed left front wheel, removed left front wheel fender liner, removed all 4 glow plug heater wires, removed all 4-glow plugs, replaced #2, #4, #6, #8 glow plugs and torqued to specs.

  • installed scanner. pulled code p0442. used scanner to close purge and vent solenoids. installed smoke machine and tested evap system for leaks. system is not holding pressure. inspected for leak. found rollover valve cracked and leaking. recommend new fuel tank.

  • disconnected filler hoses. fuel lines and evap lines. removed gas tank straps and lowered fuel tank. disconnected electrical connectors to fuel pump. removed fuel tank. removed fuel pump and all evap and fuel hoses and filler hose. transferred parts to new tank with new fuel pump oring. transferred fuel to new tank and installed in reverse order.
  • Road test vehicle. Change oil and oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.

  • Inspected the cooling system, found the mixture to have a high water content. The water pump is also leaking when cold. Test drove the vehicle and it did not overheat. Performed the block test and it passes. Recommend replacement of the water pump and performing coolant flush.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • Inspect hoses and clamps. Add cleaner to coolant and run through engine, radiator, and heater core. Installed coolant flush machine in-line to coolant system. Pulled vacuum on system to remove old coolant. Pushed 3 gallons of new coolant through cooling system. Add conditioner and sealant to system. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Test drive and verify proper operation of cooling system.
  • Remove the air intake booth and intake manifold. Disconnect the electrical harness. Remove the drive belt, then the water pump, power steering, and crankshaft pulleys. Remove ignition coils and valve covers. Remove the fasteners and the timing cover. Remove and discard the chains, tensioners, guides, and oil pump. Clean surfaces and install the new timing components. Reassemble, test drive and inspect the repair.
  • Install oil system cleaner. Road test vehicle. Change oil and filter. Add Wynn's conditioner to oil system. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid. Lubricate latches and hinges.

  • Test drove the vehicle to duplicate the complaint. Hoisted in the air and removed wheels. Found left inner pad has gone metal to metal and left grooves the the rotor. Heat severe heat spots present due to rear shoes being out of adjustment. Attempted to remove the drums and there are large lips on the edge. Unable to back of adjusters due to the lock location. Force may be required, resulting in parts being damaged.
  • Road test vehicle. Change oil and oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • Raised vehicle on lift. Removed front tires. Disassembled front brakes. Cleaned rotor surface apply noise reducer and install pads. Lube caliper slides and lug threads. Assembled in reverse order. Torqued lug nuts to manufacturers specifications. Road test vehicle
  • Raised vehicle on lift. Removed rear wheels. Disassemble rear brakes. Resurface drums. Add brake material conditioner. Replace rear brake hardware and lube brake backing plates. Installed new brake pads and brake pad hardware. Installed rear wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify proper brake operation.
  • Add cleaner to transmission. Test drive to verify operation and circulate cleaner. Use fluid exhnage machine to remove old fluid and add new. Add fluid conditioner and verify proper level. Test drive to verify proper operation.
  • Remove the mount to bracket bolts. Raise the vehicle and support the engine. Remove the starter motor and disconnect impeding wiring. Remove fasteners and replace the mounts. Reassemble, test drive and inspect the repair.
  • Support the transmission assembly. Lift the rear of the pan and remove fasteners. Replace the mount, reassemble and test drive the vehicle.
  • Remove the front wheels. Support the control arm and remove fasteners. Install the new shock absorber and reassemble. Test drive and inspect the repair.
  • Raise vehicle and support the rear axle. Remove fasteners and replace both shock absorbers. Reassemble and test drive the vehicle.
