  • replaced drivers side sub sending unit due to code set for fuel level sensor.
  • starter motor very noisy on start up. removed starter and flexplate has signs of teeth mesh issue. replaced starter and noise heard at times when hitting spots in flexplate. will need flex plate if problem gets worse.

Scanned for codes, none present. Fluid is burnt has internal failure when attempting to upshift. Recommend replacement trans assembly

  • Add cleaner to transmission. Test drive to verify operation and circulate cleaner. Use fluid exhnage machine to remove old fluid and add new. Add fluid conditioner and verify proper level. Test drive to verify proper operation.
  • Inspect hoses and clamps. Add cleaner to coolant and run through engine, radiator, and heater core. Installed coolant flush machine in-line to coolant system. Pulled vacuum on system to remove old coolant. Pushed 3 gallons of new coolant through cooling system. Add conditioner and sealant to system. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Test drive and verify proper operation of cooling system.
  • Remove the air cleaner assembly. Release bracket and disconnect the hoses from the radiator. Remove the lower engine shield. Remove front differential fasteners and lower. Remove lower bracket and disconnect lines from the oil pan. Replaced the oil cooler hoses and reassemble. Test drive and inspect for leaks.
  • Road test vehicle. Change oil and oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.
  • Remove the upper and lower fasteners. Remove the strut assemblies, swap over the top plates and install the new parts into the vehicle. Reassemble and test drive the vehicle.
  • Support the rear differential, remove fasteners and replace the shock absorbers. Test drive and inspect the repair.
  • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel and adjust steering angle as needed.

  • Removed door panel and tested circuit. Verified voltage and ground present to motor. Attempted to move mirror with auxiliary power and the is no operation. Recommend replacement of the drivers side mirror. Now is a good time to replace the broken door panel and trim piece.

  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • Remove the driveshaft and set aside. Measure preload and remove the yoke. Replace the seal and clean surfaces. Reassemble, test drive and inspect for leaks.
  • Remove the ignition cables and spark plugs. Swap over the heat shields, install plugs and wires. Test drive and inspect the service performed.

  • removed top engine cover and found broken purge valve was glued elsewhere. removed thermostat inlet housing and cleaned, replaced with factory thermostat and topped coolant. cleared codes and test drove with no codes reset and data normal.

  • rear pads 5mm front 7mm

  • self diag stored P0678 cylinder #8 glow plug circuit. tested power to #8 glow plug and was present. tested resistance on #8 glow plug and was 121.1 ohms. faulty glow plug. recommend #8 glow plug or all 4 on bank 2.
  • removed left front wheel, removed left front wheel fender liner, removed all 4 glow plug heater wires, removed all 4-glow plugs, replaced #2, #4, #6, #8 glow plugs and torqued to specs.
