  • Test drove the vehicle to duplicate the complaint. Hoisted in the air and removed wheels. Found left inner pad has gone metal to metal and left grooves the the rotor. Heat severe heat spots present due to rear shoes being out of adjustment. Attempted to remove the drums and there are large lips on the edge. Unable to back of adjusters due to the lock location. Force may be required, resulting in parts being damaged.
  • Road test vehicle. Change oil and oil filter. Rotate tires as needed. Lubricate chassis as needed. Perform Vehicle inspection. Adjust tire pressure. Fill windshield washer fluid.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • Raised vehicle on lift. Removed front tires. Disassembled front brakes. Cleaned rotor surface apply noise reducer and install pads. Lube caliper slides and lug threads. Assembled in reverse order. Torqued lug nuts to manufacturers specifications. Road test vehicle
  • Raised vehicle on lift. Removed rear wheels. Disassemble rear brakes. Resurface drums. Add brake material conditioner. Replace rear brake hardware and lube brake backing plates. Installed new brake pads and brake pad hardware. Installed rear wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify proper brake operation.
  • Add cleaner to transmission. Test drive to verify operation and circulate cleaner. Use fluid exhnage machine to remove old fluid and add new. Add fluid conditioner and verify proper level. Test drive to verify proper operation.
  • Remove the mount to bracket bolts. Raise the vehicle and support the engine. Remove the starter motor and disconnect impeding wiring. Remove fasteners and replace the mounts. Reassemble, test drive and inspect the repair.
  • Support the transmission assembly. Lift the rear of the pan and remove fasteners. Replace the mount, reassemble and test drive the vehicle.
  • Remove the front wheels. Support the control arm and remove fasteners. Install the new shock absorber and reassemble. Test drive and inspect the repair.
  • Raise vehicle and support the rear axle. Remove fasteners and replace both shock absorbers. Reassemble and test drive the vehicle.

  • Verify the complaint during test drive. Raise the vehicle in the air and inspected the front suspension found that the lower ball joints had minor play and the upper and lower control arm bushings were broken and need replacement. Customer declined repairs at this time.

  • The vehicle came in for a red fluid leak found that the shift shaft seal was leaking. Raise the vehicle in the air and removed shift cable and the shift cable bracket. Then remove the park neutral drive switch to gain access to the shift shaft seal. Remove the shift shaft seal and installed the new shift shaft seal. Were you assembled and then test drove the vehicle and verified the fix.

  • no leaks were present at time of inspection and no signs of prior leaks seen. pressure tested cooling system and leak was found next morning from water pump front seal started leaking when cold.
  • P0803 skip shift solenoid stored in current frame. tested skip shift solenoid circuit and no power present to solenoid. harness runs from trans through tunnel stay and main wiring harness behind battery. tested circuit from trans to main harness and had continuity on ground and power side and no short to ground or power present. found low quality 15 amp fuse in #10 fuse slot for solenoid. installed 10 amp fuse (10 amp circuit not 15) . replaced fuse and commanded solenoid on with scan tool and solenoid would only click 1/2 of the time. replaced faulty solenoid and test drove and no codes reset.
  • Test drove vehicle. Raised on lift and performed vehicle inspection. Filled out vehicle condition report and submitted to service advisor.
  • removed air box, removed main drive belt, removed idler pulley, removed water pump, replaced pump with new gaskets, torqued to specs, filled coolant after flush and bled system.
  • Inspect hoses and clamps. Add cleaner to coolant and run through engine, radiator, and heater core. Installed coolant flush machine in-line to coolant system. Pulled vacuum on system to remove old coolant. Pushed 3 gallons of new coolant through cooling system. Add conditioner and sealant to system. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Test drive and verify proper operation of cooling system.
  • replaced upper radiator hose, lower radiator hose, both heater hoses from core pipes to water pump and from water pump to coolant resvoir.

  • Both sensors on the right side are unresponsive and will require replacement before system can be learned.
  • Raised vehicle on lift. Removed rear wheels. Disassemble rear brakes. Resurface drums. Add brake material conditioner. Installed rear wheels and torqued to specification. Road tested vehicle to verify proper brake operation.
  • Remove the fasteners and detach both brake lines. Remove and replace the wheel cylinders. Reassemble, test drive and inspect the repair.
  • Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders if applicable. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean. Test drove to verify proper brake operation.
